Sundays are my favorite and always have been. People move slower, and the afternoon comes with endless possibilities, rain or shine. I decided to spend part of my afternoon making this egg frittata.
I actually haven’t tasted it yet, but I’m going to eat it for breakfast in the morning before work. Because I have to be at work at 7:00 am, it seems as if I’m not always able to eat a good breakfast. And I love breakfast. This is my attempt to redeem my mornings. I really hope it’s delicious!
I got the recipe from PopSugar Fitness’s website. It took a total of about an hour to prepare and cook it. I think it’ll be worth it! Click here if you want to try the egg, asparagus, potato frittata.
