I’m currently on my break at work with 15 minutes to go, so I’m going to make this quick.
This morning John brought my co-teacher and me breakfast at work because John works about 5 minutes from me. How sweet! I ended up saving some of the food for lunch, and as I’m sitting here eating the Greek yogurt he brought me, I realized that the yogurt isn’t sweetened with sugar or artificial sweeteners. It’s actually sweetened with stevia.
I didn’t know this kind of yogurt existed, and it was good too.
If you’re a yogurt fan, another great way to eat it is by adding jelly to plain, unsweetened yogurt. It’s delicious.
