I can’t shake this newfound love for overnight oats.
I had the idea to make peanut butter, chocolate, coconut overnight oats, and I can’t wait to dig into it. Peanut butter and chocolate combined is my favorite treat. Give it to me for breakfast and I’ll be a happy girl.
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Overnight Oats
- 3/4 cup almond/cashew milk
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- between 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I eyeballed it)
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- unsweetened coconut flakes
Combine these ingredients in a mason jar, store it in the fridge overnight, and voila! A Reese’s lover’s dream breakfast. To be honest, I don’t think this recipe is as good as the peanut butter raspberry overnight oats that I ate for breakfast yesterday, but it’s still delicious. I think I’d add a little more honey next time.
I have to head to work soon, but I’ll try to stop by again this afternoon. Happy Thursday! I’m definitely happy it’s Thursday because 1. John is off work tonight and 2. tomorrow is Friday.
